Rusty Cockrell

A native of Huntsville, Alabama, Rusty joined our team in May of 2019. He previously worked for himself as a freelance filmmaker for several years after graduating from Troy University, first meeting our team after being hired for contract video work on some of our featured listings. Historically spending most of his free time outside and coming from a family of water and nature enthusiasts, he has a firm grasp on how to use the many qualities of land for recreation and enjoyment, with a keen focus on translating the features of our property listings into marketable, written and visual content. He loves spending time with his wife Mary, son Archer, and dog Girdie. Rusty enjoys absorbing history, fly fishing, and hunting prehistoric indian artifacts when he finds the time.
