Born and raised in the hills of Hickman and Maury Counties, Anna’s connection to Middle Tennessee land runs generations deep- dating back pre-1900's. That legacy gives her a rare depth of insight and insider knowledge as a true native of the area, which she leverages every day to help her clients make confident, informed decisions.
Anna is a licensed real estate broker and auctioneer who specializes in land, farms, estates, and rural properties across Tennessee. She lives just west of Nashville with her husband, their three children, and two loyal Labrador retrievers—who double as her showing assistants and are often her clients’ favorite part of the process.
A lifelong outdoorswoman, Anna spends much of her free time studying wildlife and traveling to hunt everything from whitetails and ducks to turkeys and Rocky Mountain elk. Her hunting adventures have taken her to breathtaking places across the country and helped her build meaningful connections—but they’ve only deepened her love and appreciation for the land and lifestyle of Middle Tennessee.
Whether she’s guiding clients through complex land transactions, managing estate sales, or conducting auctions, Anna brings grit, grounded expertise, and a genuine passion for land and people to everything she does.
